Snowflake Challenge - Day 3

In your own space, post recs for at least three fanworks that you did not create.

I try to consume as many fanworks as I can whether it's art, fic, vids, thinky thoughts, meta, etc, so it's very hard to narrow this down. As in the past, I think I'll go with some recs for things that were created for me for challenges:

1. A Parting of the Veil (ART. PG. Sam) by quickreaver for spn_summergen. This has a sombre yet peaceful bittersweetness to it that is just glorious. It features hurt!Sam with some perfect animation too.

2. Field of Stars in Bloom (FIC. PG. Sam and Dean, references to Sam/Jess) by excoyote for spnspringfling. This is a stunning beautiful and bittersweet fic.

3. Not Dead Yet (FIC. G. Sam/Jess) by alyndra for spn_j2_xmas. This is a season 12/13 fic that sees a badass Jess getting kicked out from her apocalypse-world into this one.

4. Is it cheating to rec my own rec lists? I'm going to do it anyway because there's just so much talent in this fandom. So here is a list of 10 recs from 2017's spnspringfling and here is a list of 10 recs from 2017's spn_summergen. A rec of recs! Love it! I need to give today's challenge some thought - getting it down to three could end up fairly (or unfairly perhaps!) arbitrary. There's such a wealth of good stuff out there!

And yes, it's so hard to rec in this fandom, there's just so much quality fanworks out there!!! That's why I decided to go down the 'challenge gifts' route in the hope of being able to narrow it down.
