The Slow Lose

He knows Lucifer better than anyone realises.

But possessing and killing a famous rock musician? This is unpredictable behaviour, and Sam has no idea what Lucifer's next move will be, or what his motivations are.

Lucifer's drifting aimlessly; without a plan, or an endgame, and somehow that's worse than ever before. He's a ticking bomb waiting to explode, and they have nothing to go on; no leads, no trails. Nada.

Except that you don't leave adversaries alive to watch your show unless it's your greatest production to date.

Sam's guts are frozen solid; all he sees ahead is more failure.

A/N: There was a lot to enjoy in this episode (I mean those leather jackets - need I go on?) but I really enjoyed Lucifer's final speech, and the ominous feel it brought; somehow seeing Lucifer with no endgame and no plan is so much more terrifying. I'm really enjoying Lucifer this season, he's feeling much more menacing, and I can't help but wonder what's to come.

Hehe, yes exactly!!! It was a great speech I think, because I feel like I can understand Lucifer a little, but it sure makes him an angry loose cannon. Thanks for stopping by my friend :)
