In your own space, talk about your Happy Place—the things that give you joy, calms you or keeps you sane.

I have many happy places! I love snuggling up with a hot drink and a warm blanket, I love my pyjamas and my bed, I love spending quality time with my friends and family wherever that might be, and I love watching movies and TV shows, and I love going for walks outside and connecting with nature and the beauty all around me (especially around the lake near where I live which holds a lot of childhood memories for me).

From a fandom point of view, I love LJ; this is my happy platform place. I love that I can interact with you all and see what fanworks who've created, or thinky thoughts and meta that you've shared, as well as more personal posts too. LJ has connected me with so many wonderful people from all over the world, and I'm so incredibly grateful for that ♥

Perhaps if this question was asked in the summer the answer would be slightly different, but there's nothing better than being cosy and snugly when it's cold outside! I got some dinosaur pyjamas and a super soft dressing gown for Christmas and I was delighted! ♥

I do adore a hot chocolate - sometimes it's just what you need! I don't drink coffee so it's tea, hot chocolate, and the occasional mulled wine for me this time of year! I love this challenge because it allows you to really focus on the positives, and being here on LJ is one of my absolute highlights! ♥

I don't drink coffee either, but I also don't drink tea or wine:) Besides hot chocolate I love hot anise (aniseed) milk, which is a typical Dutch thing I think.
I'm happy I found new friends and communities on LJ, it was getting a little too quiet on my flist;)

Oh, that does sound nice. A few of my friends drink chai which is something that I've never tried, but it does smell very good (maybe I'll give it a go this year!) I love LJ, and it seems to manage to avoid a lot of the drama that you see on other platforms which is always a blessing :)

Being cosy, and snuggling down in bed is the best (especially when it's cold outside!) My parents have a wood burning stove, and I love love love love sitting right in front of it and soaking up all the warmth ♥

Perhaps if this questions had been asked at a different time of year my things wouldn't be centered around being cosy - lol!!! But LJ is my happy fandom place and I'm very content here :)
