I'm challenging myself to make more fandom friends. I often find myself admiring someone's posts, or I'm a fan of their work and I've seen them around, but for whatever reason I hold back on friending them. So I'm going to press that friend button more! Also I'm always open to making new friends, so please accept this as an invitation to stop by and say hello.

I do try, but there's definitely room for improvement. I always see familiar names around on other peoples posts, and think, I really need to friend them, but never get around to it.

I find it hard because if I friend someone I then feel obliged to track their posts and try and comment, and then I find I can't keep up with everyone.

I know that feeling, especially people who post daily. But I do try to comment when I can, but I think realistically people don't expect you to comment on everything!!!

You're too kind - thank you! But I still feel that I can do better. I often see peoples names I recognise and think, 'I see you around quite a lot and I really need to friend you', but it never seems to happen.
